Privacy Policy — Duomi

Data collection and storage

Duomi stores user data on Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL databases to enable real-time synchronisation between household members. This includes: task lists, grocery lists, recipes, budget entries, meal plans, and household notes. All data is associated with your authenticated account and your household.

Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth. Your email address and a hashed password are stored securely. Nachi3D Labs does not have access to your plaintext password.

Data sharing

Your household data is shared only with the other member of your household — the person you explicitly invite. No data is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising. Nachi3D Labs accesses your data only for technical support or debugging, and only when you explicitly request help.

Third-party services

Duomi uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase (supabase.com) — authentication, database hosting, and real-time data synchronisation. Supabase's privacy policy applies to infrastructure-level data handling.
• Stripe (stripe.com) — processes the optional €9.99 one-time supporter payment. Nachi3D Labs does not store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled directly by Stripe under their privacy policy.
• Vercel (vercel.com) — hosts the application. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) may be collected by Vercel as part of normal web hosting.

Push notifications

Duomi uses the Web Push API to send task reminders and household notifications. Push notification tokens are stored in the database and associated with your account. You can disable notifications at any time through your browser or device settings.

Analytics and advertising

Duomi contains no analytics, tracking, or advertising.

Data deletion

You can delete your account and all associated household data at any time by contacting contact@nachi3dlabs.com. Upon request, all your data will be permanently removed from the database within 30 days.
